This is amazing dessert that not only that has looks it is unbelievably delicious. The mix of different types of milk and cream cheese is so good, you will be surprised how good this is Valentine’s Jelly Cheesecake tastes. 5.2oz (150g) biscuits (digestive)
2.2oz (65g) butter
0.8 cups (200ml) milk
0.8 cups (200ml) nata cream
8.8oz (250gr) cream cheese (Philadelphia or mascarpone)
1 envelop of your favorite gelatin
2 cups (500ml) water
1 envelop of red gelatin
Melt your butter over stem. Blend your biscuits and add the mixture in one small bowl, add the melted butter add stir well.
Add the biscuits and butter mixture in one Heart Shaped Cake Pan and press well on the bottom.
In one medium bowl add 200ml milk and one 1 envelop of your favorite gelatin add stir the mixture well. Add the milk and gelatin mixture in a saucepan and bring it ti the boiling point.
In another bowl add the cream cheese and pour the Nata cream, stir well until ingredients are well incorporated and then pour the boiled mixture of milk and gelatin. Again stir well until ingredients are well incorporated.
Add the mixture to the Heart Shaped Cake Pan over the biscuits. At this point refrigerate the Valentine’s Jelly Cheesecake for 4 hours.
In another saucepan add half of the water and bring the water to boiling point, add 1 envelop of red gelatin and stir constantly, add the remaining water wile you are constantly stirring for 1 min.
Pour the red gelatin mixture in the Heart Shaped Cake Pan. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
Decorate with raspberries and serve.
