1 sheet of puff pastry
1 Egg or melted butter ( for egg-wash )
1-2 tbsp of caster sugar
1/2 cup of Crème fraiche ( or whipped cream)
1-2 tbsp of icing sugar
1 cup OR 150 g Strawberries
1/2 cup OR 50 gr plain chocolate
Preheat your oven to 425 F or 220C. Unroll one pastry sheet and cut out around 10 hearts.
Prick each heart with one fork and then brush with the hearts with the beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar. Place your hearts on a baking sheet and bake in your oven for eight to ten minutes until they are risen and turn golden, allow them to cool.
Cut one cup of strawberries into small pieces. Add 1 to 2 tbsp of icing sugar to your or whipped cream and mix. Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate in one bowl placed on steam. Sandwich your hearts together with whipped cream and your strawberries. Drizzle with chocolate.
