This are amazing no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Chocolate Cups that are so delicious, they taste so good yet they are so simple to make. 1 cup or 200 gr of cream cheese
Half a can of condensed milk
2 1/2 Cups or 300 ml double cream/whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp compote or strawberry jam
dark chocolate 1 cup OR 200- 150 gr
4 foil cups
Prepare the chocolate by chopping and put it in a bowl which is safe to use in a microwave. Start the microwave on 50% of its power for 1 minute, take it out and stir thoroughly. Continue melting the chocolate in your microwave for 15 seconds intervals and then stir it until you find it complete melted and smooth. In the bottom of each cupcake mold add 2 tablespoons chocolate. Rotate the molds one by one slowly at the angles so the chocolate can coats all the sides of the mold evenly.Let it set and chill for about 20 minutes or for faster if you put them in a freezer. Loosen the edges carefully and peel slowly the baking mold away from chocolate cups.
For the next step you need a large bowl in wich you will beat the double cream, cream cheese and condensed milk. Add some strawberry jam and vanilla extract for extra flavor. When tis mixture is ready, put it in a piping bag and pipe it in to the chocolate cups. Let it chill for at least 2-3 hours. You can serve it with icing sugar and fresh strawberries. Bon appetit!
