Mini Palova recipe:
4 egg whites or about 140 grams
280 grams icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Food colouring of your choice in powder or gel ..1 drop.., or leave white. Liquid food colour will destroy the meringue.
This is more of a soft meringue Pavlova. It came out delicious, even without the lemon extract or cornflour, which is also what typically goes into a Pavlova. This simple meringue recipe makes a soft, chewy center with a crunchy meringue shell. Simply divine.
