• 24 OREO Cookies, crushed
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
• 4 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 (8 ounce) package BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
• 4 eggs 1/2 cup blueberries
Heat your oven to 325 F.
Line one 13×9-inch pan with aluminum foil in a way that foil ends are extending over sides. Mix 24 Oreo cookie crumbs with you butter. Press firmly onto bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 min.
Beat 32 ounces of cream cheese, add sugar, flour and vanilla and mix the ingredients with blender. Add 8 ounce of chocolate, mix well. Add 4 eggs, one at a time wile mixing on low speed until they are blended. Pour the Cream Cheese mixture over the baked crust.
Bake for 40 to 50 min. Let it cool completely on room temperature and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
