• 12 chicken thighs
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon cold water
• 1/2 cup Sweetener, Granulated
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In one small saucepan combine your cornstarch, cold water, sweetener, vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, black pepper and ginger. Let simmer over low heat stirring frequently until your sauce thickens and bubbles.
Preheat your oven to 425F or 220C.
Greased lightly one 9×13 inch baking dish and place 12 skinless chicken pieces in it . Brush on both sides of the chicken a good amount of the sauce.
Bake your Teriyaki Chicken in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes or until they are done in a way that are no longer pink and juices run clear. During cooking brush your chicken pieces with sauce every 10 minutes.
