It is important to get the right recipe for your cookies dough, it is probably the most important thing, but it not ends there. Having said this I can admit that this Nutella Tart Cookie is one of the best dessert that I have tried in my life. And this is true no matter if we speak about a tart or about a cookie. Using a cookie dough for a tart and then decorating everything with cookies is genius idea, absolutely amazing. On top of that using my secret ingredient in this recipe really made my day. 10 oz or 300 g flour
5,2 oz or 150 g of sugar
4,4 oz or 120 g of butter (room temperature)
0,5 or 16 g baking powder
1 vial of vanilla flavor
7 oz or 200 g of chocolate chips
8.8 oz or 250 g of Nutella
In one large bowl add your sugar with the butter, start to whisk and add the eggs and vanilla. Add your flour and incorporate well before you add the chocolate chips.
After all ingredients are incorporated well form form 9 small cookies from your dough. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper bake your cookies in preheated oven at 356F (180C) for about 10 to 15 minutes. Press good your remaining dough on the bottom of one 11 Inch (28cm) mold. Bake in preheated oven at 356F (180C) for about 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Add your nutella and decorate with you cookies. Enjoy your Nutella Tart Cookie.
