This Eggs In Bacon Baskets are great, tasty appetizer that you can make them for breakfast or even for branch. I love eggs and I love bacon so making Eggs In Bacon Baskets is one of my favorite appetizer for breakfast. Making them is so easy and knowing that everyone in my family will love them is reason enough to make them at least once a week.
Now what i want to suggest is adding ricotta cheese or a two of tablespoons of mascarpone cheese instead of heavy cream but that’s the way my kids love them, you can make them as you prefer, either way they are fantastic. If you prefer your eggs richer, you can always add more cheese or vegetables.
If you need to go vegetarian you can use grilled courgette instead of bacon, something that I personally love the most 🙂

• less than 1 cup 200 ml of heavy cream
• 24 slices of bacon
