How didn’t I think of these Chocolate Fudge Brownies before. I’m so angry at myself how I didn’t discover this recipe before, my life would be so better. Yes I’m kidding but I’m not kidding how good this Chocolate Fudge Brownies Recipe is. It is amazing how such simple thing to make can be so beautiful. I can write here all day, but I still will not be able to describe how good this brownies are. I love brownies, I really think that making brownies is science. I always make them at home, if you ask me homemade brownies are always better than the one you can find in your store. You just need to follow some basic rules when making them, and a recipe like this one. If you are brownie love, and you like to make them yourself then this recipe will go in top to do list, and stay there forever.
Ingredients: (20 brownies)
- 3½ cups granulated sugar)
- 3¾ cups flour
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 225 ml neutral oil
- 3 cups Chocolate Buttons
- Start by preheating the oven to 347 F (175 C). Line baking paper in one 7 x 7 inch (20 × 20 cm) baking dish.
- Stir together all ingredients except chocolate buttons until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle with chocolate buttons.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Feel the brownies with a stick – it should be little sticky when you try the middle of the cake. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Note: In the pictures below you will see my newest twist for this brownies. Melt your chocolate buttons, after they are cooled break 6 big pieces and put them inside the mixture (completely covered), sprinkle the rest on top, and for my sin to be even bigger I serve them immediately when done, the mess is huge but also is the pleasure.
