For some people cookies are separate part of their home, like in my mom case, I can’t remember when we didn’t have a homemade cookie at our house. Some people just can’t live without this cute and adorable goodies. This recipe for big, fat, chewy chocolate chip cookie is fantastic, they are so easy to make and they are absolutely delicious. You only need to try them once, I’m sure that they will be your companions for lifetime. One thing not to forget, 1/2 the salt, it really makes a difference. 2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 325F (165C). Grease the cookie sheets or you can line with parchment paper.
Sift together the flour with baking soda and salt and then set aside.
In a bowl, blend well the cream and the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended and stir in the chocolate chips by hand. Drop cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time onto the prepared cookie sheets 3 inches apart.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in your oven.
